status is disappearing when we open userstory in kanban board.

Hello,

In one of our project jira kanban board,If you open any userstory and click on status todo, it is disappearing and it is behaving in this way with only one project with all the columns in the board.Would you please suggest whats the best solution for this to get resolved?

Hi @sai Sindhuja jampana - It seems you may not have that status mapped to a column in the board or the board filter excludes that status.  Check both to see if that is the case and either add the status to a column or update the filter as appropriate.
