start the sdk with jire in a different application context

How can I start the sdk with jire in a different application context? that means my base url should not be:

host:port/jira/

should be something like:

host:port/mycontext/

Same way you do a full installation of Jira - hack the server config files to make it live elsewhere. That change will be destroyed if you use atlas-clean, so you might want to keep a copy of the config outside your SDK

ok, but there is no official documentation to do so, right?

Yes, you follow the documentation for any other installation. The dev version does have some differences internally, but not at a Tomcat level
