source or review tab does not appear on jira

our system environment is JIRA 7.2.5, crucible/fisheye 4.2.1

source or review tab does not appear on JIRA

please tell me how to fix the problem.

There won't be separate tabs for Source and Review any more. This information can be found on the Development Panel on the right side of the issue.

You need to have the "View development tools" project permission. Also, you need valid JIRA Software license to view the development details.

Also, make sure you have JIRA Software license.
