i am trying to setup incoming mail in jira using our company email ( i believe it is setupusing outlook) but i got this error AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE failed.
where in the log file i can see the explanation of this error since i've been able to login to the email using the same credential manually

With my experience of setting up LDAP connections and mail server configurations, it is just easier to contact your IT admins to provide the configuration details for you.
