Is there a way to add request participants automatically when creatings a service desk request?
Our customer wants to have added several users to each request. Sending an email with all paticipants on cc. would work, but email sent from JIRA is not accepted by it.

You could use the Collective Issue View for Service Desk Plugin. With the plugin you can define sets of organizational units. If a member of one organizational unit creates a ticket all colleagues from that unit would be added automatically as participants.
