service desk supports estimated tasks

we are looking opportunists to configure service desk support  module in our organization.

during this i was asked to  configure new issue type with following behaviors.

1 a feature to tack Change request (its should be similar estimation story like scrum board)

2 user could give a estimated time in hours. once it started time to time remain time should reduce.

 

is there such functionality on support desk
