service desk par projet

J'utilise le service desk, 

 

J'aimerais que les clients puissent poser leurs questions ou signaler un but pour leur projet uniquement. et ne pas voir les autres projets.

 

Actuellement j'ai créé plusieurs catégories et j'ai supprimer l'autorisation "Parcourir les projets" pour  les utilisateurs et j'ai rajouté uniquement l'utilisateur client. mais j'ai toujours un message qu'il y a un conflit de sécurité :

 

"Ce service d'assistance connaît des problèmes de configuration et est susceptible de ne pas fonctionner comme prévu."

 

Je ne connais pas la bonne méthode pour créer un interface client pour un seul projet sans pouvoir remonter et visualiser les autres.
