Is it possible, by some text editing on the Organization Added rule for the Customer Notifications settings to make it so that for some organizations, all customers are notified when a member of their group adds a new request, while for other organizations, this new request notification is turned off? I have more than one organization of customers on a service desk, and they want different things. TIA.
