I am looking for others to provide some general feedback on how they have their workflow setup for a general 'Waterfall SDLC'. I have no problems re-inventing the wheel, but also like to work smarter and see what others have setup that may be of assistance to me and my organization.
I have also included our current very basic workflow. I am not doing anything fancy with transitions and would like to know what possibilities I have for those.
