In order to allow one customer to have access to our service desk, we would like to remove their ability to see internal comments. Allowing us to use the internal comments to discuss more technical details. The customer needs to see the issues and be able to create reports on them.
What we need is exactly what is displayed on this image. HOw can we enable the option shown below?
