restrict comment access

Hi,

In order to allow one customer to have access to our service desk, we would like to remove their ability to see internal comments. Allowing us to use the internal comments to discuss more technical details. The customer needs to see the issues and be able to create reports on them.

 

What we need is exactly what is displayed on this image. HOw can we enable the option shown below?

Just found out myself, you have to disable the service desk for that project.

Anyone? 

Just need to remove the internal and external comments by default and setup one comment field with the option to assign comments as viewable by defined groups
