resolved a ticket as Fixed and mark it ready for testing, it is changed resolution to Workaround.

Now if we resolve the issue ticket as Fixed and mark it ready for testing, it is changed to Workaround.

The resolution should not change but should stay as is.

can anyone help to resolve this issue please below GIF for the same

Hi @abbas baman,

When you change the status to Awaiting testing, there is most likely a post function in your workflow that automatically sets the resolution to Workaround.

Edit your workflow and remove that post function. That should do the trick.
