Hi, I am using GreenHopper Simplified Worfklow. When an issue gets closed there is no prompt to set the resolve type. I have not been able to figure out how that is set. Can anybody help here?

Unable to set issues to Resolved using Greenhopper Simplified Workflow
Workaround 1 is the one that you'll need... providing you with the ability to specify resolve type. Of course, as you are now displaying a standard screen of your choosing, it's also an opportunity to provide other useful fields as well (worklog, attach evidence log/screenshot, etc).
I also used cURL to go back to old issues and set the resolve type retroactively. But this does also update the "last modified" timestamp on those issues.
