repository exceed 2.5 Gb of 4 Gb, I can not pull, push and commit on the repo

My repository has exceed 2.5 Gib of 4 Gib, and I can not commit, push, and pull to the repository. can someone help please

Hi, @ltl, welcome to the community! 

I see your repository is now showing 2.5 GB, so I understand everything is fine now. The last GC was run 15 hours ago and removed all the dangling files that increased the repo size.
