report time on an issue that passes through several people

Hi,

we use jira internally, but I"m having a hard time figuring out how to report on Time Spent when any given issue might pass through several people (for example Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 support personnel).

how can i get a report for a person for all the time they've spent in a time period, rather than for an issue?

There are reports plugins to help you report the time per user. Browse marketplace and search for reporting. Some of them are free, some paid, hopefully you will find what you need.
