if you want to add recurrence to your JIRA issues let's try Repeating Issues for JIRA: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.codedoers.jira.repeating-issues

With this add-on you can create set repeats for issues with different actions e.g. clone issue, create sub-task in issue, reopen issue.
