this message is shown when I open any agile board, but not happens every time, I don't know a way to reproduce the error every time.

What kind of action are you trying to perform?

If it helps, please create an issue on Atlassian SAC (support.atlassian.com) so we can take a look inside your instance and better investigate the problem.
