"create branch" JIRA vs. Bitbucket

When I click in JIRA on "create branch" it redirects me ta a Bitbucket page where I can create a new branch but the source of this new branch is always master.

When I click in Bitbucket on "create branch" the source of the new branch is develop.

Is it possible that JIRA uses develop as source for the new branch? develop is the main branch.

I wonder if this is limited to the Cloud version then. I use JIRA server which respects the Bitbucket setting of the main branch. If set to develop, it would branch off from develop when using Create branch from JIRA issue.
