When looking at the issue edit screen, I can not see most of the fields that my colleagues can see. I have the same project role and group as them, and "Where Is My Field?" tells me that I should be able to see these fields. Why am I unable to view them? This is true of custom and standard fields.
Have a look at the top right near the "where is my field" - I think you've de-selected them in the "choose what fields I see on this screen" settings.
Thank you, sir. I'm embarrassed to admit that, as long as I was looking at this. It was simply a matter of selecting the field I need to view.
