Jirong Hu August 14, 2013

I got this error when try to upload the zip file downloaded: Could not find a handler capable of installing the add-on at Bugzilla-Default.zip. Check that the file is a valid add-on.

If I try to install directly from Marketplace, I got this error:

"Default Bugzilla Workflow" cannot be installed by the UPM. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace website to find more information about this add-on:

I am the latest trail verion 6.0.6 on Windows 7.

To import workflow bundle you should go to Administration/Workflows and press button Import->Import Workflow->From Marketplace.

See documantation.

A workflow is not a plugin. You need to import it, but it is unclear if you can with a standard 6.0.X release if I read the marketplace sharing workflow plugin correctly.

Just checked my test 6.0.5 Jira version and under the administration section/issues/workflows, there is an import dropdown.

Follow the import directions from the atassian market place. I saw the default bugzilla workflow listed as one of the choices

This is the list of files included in that zip file:

10,839 layout.json

102 notes.md

255 screens.json

15,519 workflow.xml

Have you opened up the zip file? What's in it?
