"Created by anyone" request filter

What is the expected result of the "created by anyone" filter on the Customer Portal request screen? As far as I can tell, it actually means "Issues that I have permission to see, regardless of who created them". The current label is really misleading. If that is really what it means, is there a way to change the text? My customers are really confused.

Hi Kathy

The filter title is confusing indeed. And you can't change it

See this suggestion: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-3528

What the filter actually means is: all issues where the current user is participant or reporter. Meaning this filter contains all issues from the 2 other filters together

Thanks, I suspected that might be the answer but I was hoping there was a workaround.
