"An unexpected error occurred." while installing Tempo in Jira

Hello! When I tried to install Tempo plugin for JIRA,  "An unexpected error occurred." message is arisen, and there is no information about error in System info page. I have cloud version of Jira, how it can be fixed? What should I do? And where I can obtain information about error.

Well that question should be considered as resolved - I've found real reason of it. There is simple no enough permissions for my user. Why error message was so not informative it's another question and may be JIRA need some improvements with error reporting.
