Hi Andrew, I have been noticing similar errors within our team after we upgraded to Jira V7.13.

The error is noticed sporadically for some users while consistently seen for some and it only occurs when browsing the board or backlog.

Do you have any helpful insight on this problem?

Thanks

Hello Ajay,

Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be able to isolate the problem you are seeing based on the excerpt of the stack trace you have provided.  Can you post the full log message including the exception/error that is being thrown?  Also, when are you seeing this error?  Is this when you are trying to view a board, like in this KB article?  If not, please describe the action you are taking which leads to this outcome.  Is this something that is reproducible with all users?  Does it happen in all browsers?
