project.verion cannot be parsed Edited

hi

i removed the element below from my pom and compile the atlassian listener plugin from a jenkins job.

<plugin>
<artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
<configuration>
<source>1.6</source>
<target>1.6</target>
</configuration>
</plugin>

The plugin compiled properly but when i uploaded it in jira it thrown the following error please help me to know the error.

Plugin version '${project.version}' is required and must be able to be parsed as an OSGi version

Then pom i m using
