post functions missing

What is determining the availability of possible post functions for a certain transition?

For the "open" transition I see more post functions than for a custom transition... I'm also missing the "create sub task" post function...
How can I get *all* post functions for all transitions?

It's the code in the post functions - some are not appropriate for "create" and tell Jira they aren't valid.

So, you can't "get all post functions", some of them deliberately yell "I'm not appropriate here" and so Jira won't let you add them.
