periodic task in jira

my problem is to have to use JIRA to remind me of the repetitive tasks over time, for example for maintenance on servers or to remember the expiration of a certificate https (and thus automatically create the task into the project JIRA).

Using filters and two dates for the time being I created a kind of reminder, but I ask this community of users if exits already a smarter way to handle the problem.

Meanwhile, I apologize if the post is in Italian, as soon as I have time I translate it in English

Hello Calogero,

I think that your approach is correct. Using Filter Subscription, for users/groups, JIRA sends all filtered issues to related users.

Another possible way is to define a specific Dashboard with a Filter Result gadget within. Each user will have a clear situation about its own tasks that need to be performed.

PS : Il tuo italiano e' perfetto ;)

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Thanks for all !
