option to set comment by default for a special GROUP

We need a solution for make comments viewable by default only for a special GROUP. I have found many requests and issues about this theme, but only solutions (about JAVA) for roles. We need a solution for one group.

We want to show comments only for the group jira-developers. Is this possible?

Does anybody has a solution also for groups?

Hi Juliane,

While this is currently not possible, there is an improvement request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-34797 for this.

I'd suggest that you add yourself as a watcher to get updates on it's progress.
