Jira will send out an email to some people asking them to answer a few questions.
1.These questions will be in Jira
2.For example - Confirm the necessary fixes have been applied to your Operating System (OS) solutions. (*Yes* , if *No* -> provide Date by when fix will be applied, if *Coming* -> provide Date or if *N/A*-> provide Comment on why it is not applicable)
What will be the most convenient way to achieve this requirement? And how will the user experience be, meaning what will a user be required to do?

You can definitely do this, however, you're most likely going to need a third party add-on such as ScriptRunner. One user suggested Automation Lite for Jira as well. Take a look at the Community post Solved: Schedule a custom email to send based on a custom date for more ideas.
