If we change the number of hours per day (eg 8 to 6), how does this influence the % FTE in Folio?

HI Wim,

Not sure that I fully understand your question...

All folios have their own Hours per day setting.
When you create a folio the default value is based on the "Hours per day" set in JIRA.
So if you change it in JIRA then your existing folios wont be affected.
If you change the ones in your folios then all positions will be recalibrated to the new hours per day value.
