I want to notify the customers when the tickets is assigned to agent. I set up the notification scheme .
Now only the agent receive a notification.
why the notifications doesn't work for customers ?

Currently, there is no option to send notifications for customers when a ticket is assigned. You can find all notifications available for customers on Project settings > Customer notifications.
