we have recently implemented service desk and linked it to the Tech Support project. we are not able to assign any tech support issues to non agents, even if they have been made out side of the services desk. I understand that you are not able to assign services desk issues to non-agents, but we would like to be able to create the linked issue under the same project and type for our tracking. is there a permission that we are missing that needs to be set?
