no sufficient administrator permissions

Dominique Bagot August 18, 2011

Hello,

I want to install & configure fisheye plugin into jira.

Following the installation doc here (step 3), I had this message : User 'euclid'' does not have sufficient administrator permissions on 'euclid'.

...but the user 'euclid" is a member of the administrators' group !

thank's for ideas...

Hi Dominique.

Make sure that the user is member of jira-system-administrators group and not only jira-administrators.

I've checked it and this configuration was OK

In fact, my configueration between fisheye and jira was not ok.

It is necessary to folow exactly all the steps described in this installation page hereI

In my opinion, I think that these steps should be "simplified" or totally managed by the tool

(note: I'am not a tool administrator and my goal is to understand how hudson-sonar-jira-svn tools may run together)

Thank's for your support

Dominique
