no puedo generar backup de jira tengo la versión 6.2.5

Hola!

necesito ayuda, no tengo la opcion para generar Backup, quiero migrar de la version download de jira a la version ondemand.

Hi Javier, you need to be a JIRA System Administrator in order to be able to generate XML backups.
