new user not receiving email notification to create account

Hi.

We have created a new user for a new employee, but they have not received an email to log in.

We've tried deleting the account and creating it again.

We have tried to generate a 'resent password' email as an administrator, and through the login pages.

I have double and triple checked the email address being used.

Can you please investigate?

It could happen when this email address is in the bounce list to Atlassian. 

This happens so your mail service doesn't lower Atlassian's emails reputation, which could degrade the quality of service of JIRA Cloud.

So please try to contact Atlassian Cloud support they will help you out.
