new password problme

Hi This sangjoon Jeon (TV smart Product planning)

I'm trying to re-regist for password revised for intake process of 2017 smart TV.

However, There are some problem related new password

Could you Pls, resolve the problem ASAP?

Problem reports as below

The password could not be changed by the credentials provider. com.atlassian.crowd.exception.ApplicationPermissionException: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><error><reason>APPLICATION_PERMISSION_DENIED</reason><message>Not allowed to update user 'Sangjoon Jeon' in directory 'Palm External LGE'.</message></error>

Your Crowd system is set up to authenticate you against another directory, probably some form of LDAP.  It has not been given write access to the directory, so it cannot change your password.

You will need to contact your directory administrators and get your password changed in that directory.
