nFeed performance

Hello,
nFeed in our environment is extremely slow. We're not sure what is causing this issue.

We've upgraded to 
JIRA v6.14 to v7.7.1,
DB: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit,
nFeed: 5.12.4

But still face the performance issue. The issue creation takes a lot of time if there are any nFeed fields.

Please advice.

We faced similar problems and achieved by caching nfeed fields.
