1. I make a plan time
2. I choose a reviewer for approving my period
3. Reviewer approves my plan time
4. I change my approved plan time period
5. No notification to my reviewer, worst than that, my plan time with the new period is still approved.
Can you please help me with this issue?
the planning approval is still an experimental feature in Tempo Timesheets and all feedback and improval ideas are very much appreciated.
At the moment, we are not closing plans for editing after they have been approved. The only difference of approved plans is the background color in the timesheet view (see also https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Planning+Approval+Process). It is still possible for users to change the plan, as unforseen issues may make it necessary to change it.
If you have some improvement ideas, please create an issue in our Tempo Timesheets project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TT) and it will be evaluated by the Tempo management. Other users with similar requests can vote on these issues and contribute by adding comments that will help Tempo developers implement this request.
