Hi,
Based on real time tickets data we want to establish if the service desk can manage the workload or not. so if we have 20 tickets we should show on dashboard that it's green if we have 20 to 30 we should show a yellow text somewhere and it should turn red if ticket count is 30+. how to create such a dashboard item?

You probably need to create a gadget for it, I do not know anything that do something like this.
