This morning testing Jira we discover the following issue:
- Add two users first: generic mailboxes on exchange in differente domains. Only one notification for verify your mailbox send by firstname.lastname@example.org arrives to mailbox in domain2.
- Later, we add two more users from domain1 (mailboxes associated to domain users) and these users received the notification normally.
- Check the exchange log, only register incoming message for these two users, but the trace from incoming to generic mailbox was not found. No mails on spam folder. But, mail sended from jira@<domain>.atlassian.com reach normally and other different mails arrives without problems. The problem is only with account email@example.com
Our exchange administrator insist that the problem is related from source (jira) because there isn't log on exchange.
