We have a custom field labeled as "Customer." It is a dropdown list that is supposed to be mandatory for Behaviours. We notice that when synchronizing Parent/Sub-Task issues, we are tending to lose this field value. Can anyone point me to where this issue may be occurring?

Kindly check the work-flow post function for the create issue transition, it might clearing the custom field in there.
