Comentarte que la licencia que tengo es para JIRA Software, no se que puede suceder si desinstalo JIRA Software, entiendo que mi licencia no funcionaría y no podría seguir con el proceso de incidencias.

You should be able to shut down the JIRA Software application in manage applications.

To swap to a JIRA Core only licence, contact Atlassian support - I'm not entirely sure how that works on the money side (on the technical side, you get a new licence key and apply it to JIRA)

Ah!  Boards!  Thanks!  It's from the Agile/Software stuff.

No, you can't control the Pizarras menu item directly - users will always have that in their menu, and they'll be able to work with boards.

But boards can be controlled individually, you can set permissions on them for sharing.

If you do not want this feature at all, then remove the Agile add-on (JIRA 6 and below), or remove the JIRA Software application (JIRA 7 and above)

Mi configuración está en Español (Board, Blackboard,slate in english, i'm not sure the translation)

Necesito que ningún usuario (supervisor, usuario) puedes ver este componente, ya que no se utilizará para nuestra implementación.

No he visto ninguna opción en el panel de administración para deshabilitar este componente.

¿Alguna sugerencia para poder deshabilitarlo?

You'll need to explain what you mean by "slate" as that's not a standard JIRA term.
