Hi, how do i install JIRA and access it over another pc on my lan?

 

would be great if anyone cna help. thanks

Install it on a machine, run it, go to http://machine:8080 in a browser (where "machine" is the ip address of the server you've installed it on)

You can put proper host names in and get rid of ports later.  Just get the basics working.  You'll probably need to open up the firewall too - that's all networking stuff though, nothing to do with JIRA and very dependent on your network.
