I suggest to edit your current queue to filter only the issues you need by using the following:

"Customer Request Type" = "KOS - System not working"

See Make queues for your team to learn more about JSD Queues

This should fits your needs.

its not working for me. error occurred like below.

The operator '=' is not supported by the 'Req_Type' field.

Field is indeed called "Customer Request Type" and it supports the = operator following the documentation.

Could you add some screenshots to see the error?

Thanks in advance.

Could you tell us what kind of field is "Req_Type"?

The native field which specify the JSD Request Type is called "Customer Request Type" and it supports the = operator, as already pointed out.

Kind regards.
