When I look at the list of users, none of them are showing current login information. Is there a configuration I'm missing? The users are all authenticating against Crowd.
When you have JIRA integrated with Crowd and SSO, this information is not stored in JIRA's DB as they are managed by Crowd.
You can use a few queries to get this info: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Retrieve+last+login+dates+for+users+from+the+database
