i have some questions here:
1)if we buy JIRA account for one year,after one year paying for your support,we can use again JIRA without your support or not?
2)which objects your sofware support is covering?
1) Possibly.
If you mean server, then yes, you're right, your server will continue to work, with all functions. You will not be supported, and you will not be able to upgrade to newer releases.
If you mean Cloud, then no, your account will be shut down and your data removed shortly after it expires.
2) It covers JIRA...
