jira ondemand to fisheye "No authentication providers to configure"

Peter Lukasiewicz June 20, 2013

I am having problems connecting jira ondemand to fisheye. Whatever i do, i do not get any authentication method shown. Does anyone have a clue what the reasons might be here?

I am pretty much stuck, right now

Thats what i get, all the time:

This application JIRA (JIRA) can be configured to make requests to fisheye (FishEye / Crucible) using these authentication methods:

No authentication providers to configure.

Most common reason is port number and accessibility of FishEye.

Is FishEye accessible on port 80 or 443 publically?

Thank you Jeff. Nope, fisheye is accessible via 8060 and 8443 only. Would you recommend to change it to standard ports?

Ok, am using proxy_pass directive in nginx now and forwarding to fisheye ports. thanx for helping. did run into some other issue
"An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link"
but i think i can solve it.
