I created an on demand https://rtldummy.atlassian.net instance today 01-Oct-2014 and the backup manager is not working.
Same issue as above
Woah! Something went wrong! Unexpected error during export has occurred
Could someone please look into this ASAP. it is very urgent. I need to take this backup then give it to our clients for a trial run and then wait for around 30 hours or so before we can take another backup. Please please help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible
