jira not starting

Hi experts,

I am new to jira so i hope the environment setup done perfectly and i have used it for 2 days but now all of a sudden i am unable to acces JIRA from browser pls help me.

Try restarting jira. Check catalina.out and atlassian-jira.log file for rows containing ERROR or WARNING.
