jira free cloud plan license is not working

whenever trying to subscribe for jira free plan i am being forwarded to trial page? is there a free cloud plan or not?

Yes indeed, there is a Jira free plan which offers less functionalities than the Jira Standard and Premium plans but that you can definitely use for free.
