Being a Jira admin, I want to know how can i add 1 email address and make that mail address the default email the customers will send their issues to?
So , I basically want the customers to have only 1 email address popped up which is default for them to send their issues to and not see anyone who is working on it?
I'm unsure of what you mean when you say you want one email to pop up, however, you can configure your mail handlers using the information in Configuring email notifications.
If you are using Service Desk you can use the Receiving requests by email knowledge base article to setup the Service Desk email channel.
