We don't use Agile in our shop and now it appears we are running JIRA Software. Can I fall back to JIRA CORE without increasing costs at the 1st of the year? If so, how do I go about handling this?
To move from JIRA Software to JIRA Core you should follow the guide in the Migration Hub: https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7/how-to-move-from-jira-software-to-jira-core
Hope this helps! If you do that then costs will be charged at JIRA Core rates, which is cheaper than having JIRA Software.
